WEEKLY MOWING
Includes mowing, line trimming, and cleanup of drives and walks. This will be performed on a weekly basis to maintain proper height for seasonal conditions.
MONTHLY EDGING
Mechanical edging of sidewalks and curbs adjacent to turf areas. Offered to full maintenance customers only. Others to be done as requested. Time of month may vary depending on conditions.
LAWN AERATION
Annual beneficial procedure to reduce compacting and encourage a healthy lawn. This will be scheduled either spring or fall depending on current lawn conditions. (Please indicate if you have a sprinkler system or invisible dog fence.)
SPRING AND FALL CLEANUP
Seasonal pruning and cleanup of planting beds and turf. Includes removal and disposal of debris. Fall Cleanup will begin weekly with full maintenance customers. Others will need to contact the office to schedule a start time. Cleanups are estimated due to changing weather conditions and needs.
TOP DRESS PLANTING BEDS AND TREE RINGS
Cultivate existing mulch and apply a new layer of mulch for appearance and weed control.
BED FERTILIZATION
Spring and fall applications to encourage healthy plant growth. (Specific programs will be determined by current plant requirements)
BED HERBICIDE
Spring and fall applications to limit weed germination throughout the growing season.
SUMMER PRUNING
Mid-season pruning of shrubs to maintain appearance and health. Utilizing various pruning techniques specific to the plant material.
MONTHLY WEEDING AND INSPECTION
Hand weeding or chemical control in planting beds and tree rings. Monitor plant materials as needed. Offered to full maintenance customers only. Others to be done as requested. Time of month may vary depending on conditions.
IRRIGATION – PLANNED SERVICE PROGRAM
Schedule inspection of property to monitor irrigation system and make adjustments based on current weather conditions. (June, July, Aug, Sept)
OTHER SERVICES
We also offer tree maintenance and removal, landscape and irrigation installation and repair.
